## Timing and limits
- Automated checks are scheduled every five minutes; StreetEasy is checked about every 30 minutes. Source outages, listing changes, email batching, and delivery delays can affect when a match arrives. We cannot guarantee every listing or a fixed alert time.
- AptAlert does not verify the advertiser, apartment, availability, or fees. Confirm the details at the original listing before sharing personal information or paying.
- AptAlert does not send SMS alerts. Transit-line filtering applies to StreetEasy listings.
